Your homemade pasta comes in a convenient to-go container, so you can eat your fresh pasta anywhere! The result is superior pasta & sauces that built the foundation for our quick service attitude, producing tasty meals for everyone in today’s fast-paced environment. We also have gluten-free options available! 

Locally owned & operated, located on Easton Avenue in New Brunswick right across from Rutgers New Brunswick, Pasta Volo has gathered extraordinary ingredients to design new & legendary recipes and keep a free spirit about mixing and matching our homemade pasta shapes with savory and picturesque sauces. The only thing we ask is for you to save some room for dessert! Feel free to BYOB.
