Become a foodie and you could win a $50-value gift certificate to one of your favorite New Brunswick restaurants! Simply take a photo of your meal & let us see it! We'll be randomly selecting 5 winners from those submitted. Submit your photos by November 1, 2020.

HOW TO PLAY

(No purchase necessary.)

1. Take a photo of a recent meal you've enjoyed from one of the participating restaurants on your Twitter or Instagram account. 
2. Submit your photo through your account and in the text, tag @NBCityCenter and use the hashtag #NewBrunswickFoodie now through November 1st.
3. Share with your friends by tagging them in your comment section for Bonus Entries! 

Entry: To enter, post your photo through Instagram or Twitter, with hashtag #NewBrunswickFoodie & tag @NBCityCenter. Your profile will have to be "Public" for it to be seen. Photos must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Sunday, November 1, 2020. Eligible entries must feature businesses located in the city center of New Brunswick. See a full list of businesses here. 

Prizes: A $50 Gift Certificate to various New Brunswick City Center entities. One (1) prize per person. 

Notification and Acceptance: Five (5) prize winners will be drawn at random, and each winner will receive one of the five gift certificates. New Brunswick City Center will conduct prize drawings on Monday, November 2, 2020. The prizes and individual components of each prize package are subject to availability and rules from the participating business.

OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF NEW JERSEY, 18 YEARS AND OLDER ONLY The Contest is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter or Instagram. Twitter and Instagram are not affiliated with New Brunswick City Market Inc., (“Sponsor”) in any way.

TO ENTER: The Contest begins at 12:00 am ET on September 21, 2020, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on November 1, 2020 (the “Contest Period”). To participate you must have a Twitter or Instagram account (“Social Account”). Your Social Account settings must be set to "unprotected" and/or "public" for your Tweets or posts to be viewable by the Sponsor and its agents. Creating each Social Account is free but is subject to the applicable terms and conditions (http://twitter.com/tos) or (https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511/). Standard message and data rates may apply. Your account must be a personal account; it may not be a corporate or shared account. 

During the Contest Period, entrants must take the following actions on Instagram or Twitter: (i) Post a photo that you have taken of your meal from a downtown New Brunswick city center establishment; (ii) include the hashtag #NewBrunswickFoodie within the caption; (iii) include a tag of @NBCityCenter within the original Instagram/Twitter caption; (iv) and post.  

• One (1) Photo Entry per account. 
• Entries that do not include BOTH the hashtag "#NewBrunswickFoodie" and the tagging of @NBCityCenter, will be disqualified. 
• Above hashtag and/or @NBCityCenter that are placed within the comments section, will not be deemed entries. 
• Instagram Stories or Retweets will not be deemed entries. 
• To receive bonus entries, tag each friend/account within the comment section. Each tagged account must be in a separate comment to be considered. 

If you enter on Instagram or Twitter: Hereafter, a valid photo and any content in it will be referred to as your "Submission." If any individuals other than yourself appear in the Submission, you must have the written permission of all such individuals to use their names and/or photographs/likenesses in the Submission. Proof of permission may be required as a condition of participation. No persons who are deemed minors in the states in which they reside (“Minors”) may be included in a Submission, subject to the following limited exceptions: A Minor may appear in a Submission, only if: (a) he/she is the child or legal ward of the entrant; or (b) entrant has permission from the Minor(s) a parent or legal guardian. Proof of permission may be required at any time in a form deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. Only the entrant who submitted a winning Submission will receive a prize (subject to verification); others depicted in the Submission will not receive a prize. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method to enter, or the posting /Tweeting of more than one (1) Submission/entry per person/email address/Social Account will void all such entries and result in disqualification of the entrant. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Submission cannot: (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain or reference nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain trademarks, logos (except Sponsor’s) or trade dress owned by others, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses; (e) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; and (f) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission. By uploading a Submission you warrant and represent that: (a) it has not received previous awards; (b) it does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (c) the other participants depicted in the Submission, if any, have given written consent to its entry into the Sweepstakes and use as contemplated by these Official Rules; and (d) publication of the Submission via various media including Web posting and posting in social media, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Entrant will indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims to the contrary. Any Submission that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is deemed to be inappropriate for publication or inclusion in the Sweepstakes for any reason will be disqualified. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries, which will be disqualified.
